Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because Po_gonefishin experiences and strategy sessions require reserved time and preparation, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to services booked through this website.
Fishing With Po Experience
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit secures the scheduled date and compensates for time reserved and preparations made for your experience.
If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled experience, any amount paid above the 25% deposit may be refunded or applied toward rescheduling to another available date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled experience are non-refundable. At Po_gonefishin's discretion, the amount paid may be transferred to another available date.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Weather & Safety
Fishing is an outdoor activity, and weather or water conditions may occasionally make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
If Po_gonefishin determines that conditions are unsafe or the experience cannot reasonably take place, the booking will be rescheduled to another mutually available date without penalty. If a suitable replacement date cannot be arranged, amounts paid, including the deposit, may be refunded.
The decision to postpone or cancel an experience for weather or safety reasons will be made by Po_gonefishin.
Experience Add-Ons
Add-ons purchased as part of the Fishing With Po Experience are generally subject to the same cancellation terms as the experience.
However, merchandise, tackle, personalized items, or other products that have already been ordered, produced, customized, or purchased specifically for your experience may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
30-Minute Strategy Session with Po
Strategy Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund or may be transferred to another available appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments are non-refundable.
If Po_gonefishin must cancel a Strategy Session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Third-Party Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through third-party stores linked from this website is subject to the shipping, return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies of the retailer that processed the transaction.
Po_gonefishin does not directly process or fulfill merchandise orders placed through third-party stores and cannot issue refunds for those purchases.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
